Giveaway!

Books that accurately portray the Amish are hard to find, but I have found another one "Success Made Simple" written by Erik Wesner.

In this book Erik has interviewed many Amish people and made many friends. Not only does he share the Amish views of the business world and how they successfully navigate it but he also shares many other facts about the Amish.

If anyone is curious and would like to learn more about the culture I would recommend reading this book. If you would like to have the chance to win a copy for your own leave a comment telling me what is your favorite thing about spring.

To be entered twice put a link to this giveaway on your blog. I will draw the winner on Saturday April 3rd using Random generator.

Due to regulations I have to add this fine print..... I am not being paid to have this giveaway. My only compensation is a warm happy feeling that comes from being able to do a giveaway.

I think it is great that you have found some books that accurately portray the Amish and what life is like.
There is a made for TV movie that is coming on soon - or it may have already aired about the shooting in the Amish school a few years ago. I don't know if I want to watch. Have you heard of it? Just wondering.

I love all the new flowers that spring brings and the beautiful "popcorn" on the trees!

Hope you have a wonderful Easter.

My most favorite thing about Spring time is watching the flowers break through the earth and the grass come back to life. It is also a time when I watch my children explore their new surroundings and the environment. The fascination in their eyes is priceless and the "ewwww Mom, look, a bug!" comments crack me up! Yet, they will sit and stare at the bug for a long while, even though they think it is gross. :)

My favorite thing about Spring is the warm breezes blowing. I love to have my patio door open and my front dore open. Then I get a wonderful cross breeze. I can hear my windchimes on my porch making music created by God and the wonderful songbirds singing. What wonders He did create.

There is also the joy of all the snow being gone. :-) By the time Spring arrives I am more than ready. Theres beautiful flowers God created and the green grass starts to wak up. And the joy's of starting new plants in my small green house.

Can you tell I simply love Spring? I believe Spring and Fall are my favorite times of year.
