White

Our little corner of the world is wearing a lovely blanket of white again today and its still snowing.

Yard work can wait a little while and the lawn mower which was busy all last week can have a few days to rest.

I love how snow covers everything. It reminds me a lot of love and  forgiveness. There are flaws underneath that snow but they have been covered with a gentle snow and all that remains is something very beautiful!

  1. Isn't that beautiful? I love snow...especially when we don't have to shovel it!

    And your analogy is perfect!

  2. Crazy weather! Play a round of golf one day, and two days later go skiing! Hubby and I are both retired, so if it snows, we just stay tucked in and read a book.

  9. Just rain up our way - not complaining, we NEED it! But I did have to turn the heat back on.

I agree with your analogy - there's a good reason the Bible tells us we shall be "whiter than snow."

  10. What a pretty scene. It's true, a layer of snow covers many flaws.
