Favorite Things
Every once in a while I have a day where I like to focus on the many things around me that I enjoy.
Up first... my happy helpers. Life would be really dull without our three children.
The little snow fort that Sailor is building in our front yard. He has to walk quite a distance from his building project to the drift where he fills the dish pan with snow to make cubes to place on the walls.
Our kitchen.... happens to be the favorite room in the house.
So many simple things that make life a sweeter place.

ReplyDeleteJudging by your kitchen you live in a manufactured home (mobile home)? Hubby and I lived in one for the first 4 years of our marriage. It was a sweet singlewide. I often have dreams we move back into it. When we were looking at moving to VA, I found a doublewide on a foundation that was GORGEOUS! The master bathroom was HUGE and had this big ol' whirlpool tub in it.
ReplyDeleteIf I had to choose an odd career, I'd design single and double wide homes and work with people on decorating and storage for them.
