As most of you know, I absolutely love snow. So far today it seems I can't keep from walking window to window to check on how deep it is piling up.
In the past two hours it went from this:
To this:
If it keeps up I may have to ask our Amish neighbors to borrow their horse and buggy to go pick up LV from work.
Oh my goodness!! That much in two hours?! Stay safe and warm!!
ReplyDeleteBeen so long since I caught up on blogs! So glad you are still blogging. Always one of my top three favorite...right there with my daughter's and good sewing/quilting friend!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your snow!

ReplyDeleteLooks like you might be needing a sleigh instead of a buggy.
ReplyDeleteI also love the snow and can afford to indulge my passion. One of the blessings of retirement, I guess. Our dog and cat don't seem the share my enthusiasm. The poor dog is too short to, um, accomplish anything in 14 inches of snow. I finally convinced the poor thing it was OK to make "yard chocolates" on the carport. The cat went in and out three times in an hour, getting more and more annoyed with each trip (So was I, frankly.)to see if by chance he could get off the carport. I put a picture of him on my blog, sitting in utter dejection in front of the storm door. Id course, this is costing us a fortune in birdseed and peanuts, but it's worth the price.
