My Morning

So far my morning has been pleasantly busy.  I'm not someone who enjoys spending a lot of time in waiting rooms or seeing a doctor but there is something about hearing that everything is going great that makes me happy and the visit worthwhile.

And when I came home the phone rang. It was my Mom calling which made me excited but when she told me her news I had to do a happy dance! She is coming to visit for several days this week! It will be the first time I see her in over three years. I can hardly wait.

  5. I just want to send praise and support to your mom for standing up in her life and figuring out for herself what is the right thing to do. Keeping faith with the daughter you love (and who loves you dearly) is the right thing to do. Not depriving your grandchildren of a loving grandma is the right thing to do.

  19. What wonderful news. My mother and I had a parting of the ways over faith because I left Catholicism, but it was only 6 months without her speaking to me not 3 years. God bless your reunion with peace, love, mercy and grace.
