I am a homeschool mom who has used "Pathways" books to teach all of my chilren to read! They love the stories. Fun to happen upon that reference. Both my husband and I have a desire to leave the city and "homestead", so I find your blog fascinating.Tracyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06682887541039701411noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1260159263783917143.post-18135566558541778782009-06-01T18:18:04.888-04:002009-06-01T18:18:04.888-04:00We subscribe to all three magazines and I was kind...We subscribe to all three magazines and I was kind of surprised by the cover believing they would only put things on their magazine that is true to life. Maybe about a year ago, there were some people not happy with an allegory they published about lions and elephants. Elephants being the Christians.

We have ducks and I am a bit nervous about how developed an egg might be. I was brought up on a farm in the 50s. My grandparents had no electricity or running water. Grandma's kitchen has housed baby chicks and other creatures who were in danger of dying if they weren't kept warm behind the cookstove. However, baby chicks were never allowed on the table.

Enjoyed visiting with you.
Maryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08175754179624182953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1260159263783917143.post-412253455160905412009-05-09T18:04:00.000-04:002009-05-09T18:04:00.000-04:00Oh, and I meant to say, I love your blog, I hope t...Oh, and I meant to say, I love your blog, I hope to be back soon to read more, I have always wished I was Amish, so this will be so interesting to read!Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13786155586401067362noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1260159263783917143.post-11156192422246329532009-05-09T18:02:00.000-04:002009-05-09T18:02:00.000-04:00I haven't heard of this, but I can tell it is one ...I haven't heard of this, but I can tell it is one I would love to read.Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13786155586401067362noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1260159263783917143.post-26311619514455453882009-05-09T15:48:00.000-04:002009-05-09T15:48:00.000-04:00If I open my egg carton and chicks start hatching,...If I open my egg carton and chicks start hatching, I'm gonna freak out!

I LOVE the Family Life time!

Happy Mother's Day, friend!Robynn's Ravingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02619286823020924023noreply@blogger.com
